Ultimate Fitness Kickboxing
For those who prefer the kick and punch without the formalities of traditional training, The Fighting Dragons offers an ultimate fitness kick boxing class instructed by Sue Petersen (a 2nd degree blackbelt). This class is sure to give you a workout while relieving that pent up tension from a bad day at work. Held 4 times a week this class is 1 hour long. Bring your energy because you will need it! Every class is different! $25.00/Monthly

Mixed Martial Arts Master Liskey has begun training interested fighters for the MMA and Full Contact Kickboxing. Become a member of Liskey’s Fight Team.
